Rossi's Wood Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Shipping Time
Orders placed during the weekday will be processed and shipped out either the same day or the next day. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days.
Shipping costs are determined at checkout and are paid by the customer. The customer selects which shipping method they would like, which also includes if they would like a tracking number. Meaning a tracking number is only provided if the customer selects the shipping method with a tracking number.
Once the item is shipped, it is out of our control and is not our responsibility.
Shipping within Canada usually takes 1-7 days. Shipping to the US can take 3-14 days. International shipping can take from 1-3 weeks.

Shipment Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Duties & Taxes
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Rossi's Wood encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Rossi's Wood at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
